In Since 2006, thanks to the support and generosity of many wonderful people like you, I have raised over $175,000 for the Lance Armstrong Foundation (LAF).  I am celebrating my 5th year of raising funds for a foundation that I believe is #1 in support and resources for those diagnosed with cancer. 

The 4th annual Gourmet Challenge will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2010 with 100% of the proceeds going to the Lance Armstrong Foundation (LAF).  The Gourmet Challenge is a 10K walk/run, half and full metric bike ride with four course gourmet lunch, prizes and libations to follow.  Last year, 62 cyclists and runners participated in the 3rd Annual Gourmet Challenge and thanks to the generosity of the participants and volunteers, over $16,000 in donations was raised.   I hope to increase the number of participants and donation amount this year.

I know the economy is still tough but cancer is tougher and unless we continue with our efforts with research and clinical trials, all supported by LAF, we'll never get to the end - erasing that C-word from our vocabulary!!  Help me by donating large this year - donations can be made at LAF.
